It’s really difficult to find a good property management provider. I have been with the Property collective now for about the past three years and have largely been extremely happy with them. Communication is extremely important to me and it is greatly appreciated when my property manager keeps me informed about what is going on with my property and any issues that have arisen. I found Chloe to be extremely communicative and helpful and she always tries to be prompt with her responses to my enquires. II would recommend the property collective to other potential rental property owners.

From the very first contact my wife and I made with Kylie and Jason it was clear that they were the ultimate professionals in their trade. They listened carefully to everything we said and were very open and honest at all times, and provided us with great advice. They both clearly outlined in an easy to follow manner, all the steps involved in the process of selling our house. There was absolutely no pressure at any point for us to commit to Kylie and Jason being our agents. After our initial meeting they came up with a great marketing plan. We both felt we were in really good hands and that Kylie and Jason were working with our best interests in mind to get us the best outcome. Following each open house they provided very prompt and clear updates regarding number of attendees, feedback, level of interest, etc, and were always very quick to respond to any queries we had. Great service start to finish. Dan was the perfect agent for me managing every step in the process with expert care. He gave sound advice on picing without overpromising, arranged for work which needed to be done (at reasonable prices to a good standard) and was informative and available at all times. Marketing and sale kept the standard up high, delivery and very good result. The most important thing for me was Dan's friendliness and care during a difficult time as this property was a part of a deceased estate. I'd recommend Dan with absolutely no hesitation.
